During the Masters Champions League (MCL) Twenty20 tournament, Flair SFX joined hundreds of thousands of cricket enthusiasts in celebrating the team’s victories, ensuring the crowd’s energy was matched with an exceptional special effects display. Every time there was a boundary shot or wicket, the team used their MagicFX Flamaniac’s & Super Sunshine flame unit and Co2 jets to erupt just as the fans did.
The Pakistan Super League (PSL) premiered on 4th February with their grand opening which the special effects experts supported with a number of their flame machines and Co2 jets, “The Flamaniac and Sunshine Flames were clearly the crowds favourite”, comments Flair SFX managing partner Sameer Rahman. These effects were carefully synchronised with performances from celebrity artists Sean Paul and Ali Zafar. Giving a further ‘wow’ factor to the event, a 12W green laser was supplied to showcase the PSL trophy.
Additionally, Flair SFX is set to support the closing ceremony later this month with various special effects.
“It was great getting to support both events and showcase what Flair can do in front of such a large crowd. The overlap between Dubai and Sharjah stadiums was a challenge with the dates of both championships, but thanks to our team we were able to deliver a fantastic show”, concludes Mr Rahman.
